Coronis & Leanne Parsons provides the following services to its owners:

Booking Management: I take personal care of all aspects of bookings, including handling emails, answering queries, processing payments, managing reviews, and more. I am available seven days a week, capitalizing on the fact that up to 30% of bookings occur on Saturdays and Sundays when many other agencies are closed.

Property Marketing: I handle the promotion of your individual property and highlight its key features across various accommodation portals. This service saves you from the complexities of navigating the digital marketing landscape and the hassle of managing multiple calendars.

Property Management: I oversee the management of your property, coordinating with cleaners, gardeners, tradespeople, and addressing guest arrival and departure issues. To ensure clarity, I take charge of project managing these subcontractors.

Comprehensive Reporting: I provide monthly and annual financial reports to keep you informed about the performance of your property.

24x7 Customer Service: I offer round-the-clock customer service, serving as a local point of contact for both owners and their guests during their stay. We ensure that there's always someone available with an after-hours emergency phone.

Single Calendar to Prevent Double Bookings: The system acts as the master inventory across all websites, eliminating the risk of double bookings. Owners can easily log in to view all bookings or make personal bookings without the worry of conflicts.

Expert Guidance for Property Enhancement: I leverage our expertise to tailor advice for your unique property, guiding you on how to make it the perfect holiday rental. From creating a compelling first impression with either standard or professional photography to recommending complimentary items, we assist in maximizing your property's appeal.

The holiday rental agreement contracts sets out in details exactly what services will be provided to your unique property.

Service Levels & Fees

Bookings Only

Commission levels range from 14.5% - 16% incl GST, dependant on the number of properties you own or location of your property.

Standard Management

Commission levels range from 16% to 16.5% incl GST dependant on the number of properties you own or location of the property.

Full Management

Commission level of 20% incl GST

Each option differs as follows:

You take care of cleaning, maintenance and after hours.

Standard Management

I take care of nearly everything regarding guests and owner bookings, but we rely on cleaners to check the property after every guest.

Full Management

I take care of everything for you pertaining to guest and owner bookings. This also included and pre, and post check after every guest!

Unlike other agencies, I do not charge any annual fees or set up fees for a property. The Management Agreement outlines what services are provided for each level of management. The Agreement also includes a schedule of other charges relating to property maintenance.
